國立高雄第一科技大學及國立高雄海洋科技大學於2018年2月1日合併成立之新大學，為台灣規模最大之科技大學。管理學院EMBA成立於2015年，由100餘位管理、財金與法學博士支援授課。課程規劃著重提昇學生的管理、財務、法律能力，延聘兼具學術與實務專長教授授課，以全中文授課，並引導學生發展經濟分析、領導統御、科技趨勢、組織行為、財務規劃、品牌行銷及法學素養等能力，使學生畢業後可以超越目前事業的顛峰，帶領企業開創新局，再創另一個高峰

The School of Management EMBA was established in 2015. More than 100 doctors of management, finance and law support the teaching.
